Preorder policy

Thank you for your interest in our products! To ensure a smooth preorder process, please review our preorder policy below. By placing a preorder, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Preorder Types and Payment Requirements

1-Week Preorders

  Preorders placed within 1 week of the product release date must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

"Coming This Month" Preorders

 Preorders for products labeled as "Coming This Month" must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Regular Preorders

  Regular preorders require a 5% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase. The remaining balance will be charged when the product is ready to ship.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

- The 5% deposit for regular preorders is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or changes to your order.

- For 1-week preorders and "Coming This Month" preorders are paid in full.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Regular Preorders

  You may cancel your preorder, but the 5% deposit will not be refunded. If the remaining balance has already been charged, it will be refunded (excluding the deposit).

1-Week Preorders and "Coming This Month" Preorders:

  These preorders can be canceled but will result in a 15% cancellation fee to cover payment service fees

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

- Preorders will be fulfilled and shipped in the order they were received.

- You will be notified via email when your order is ready to ship.

- Shipping costs are not included in the preorder deposit and will be charged separately at the time of shipment.

5. Product Availability

While we strive to fulfill all preorders, there may be rare instances where a product becomes unavailable. In such cases, you will be notified, and any payments made (excluding non-refundable deposits) will be refunded.
